CORPORATE PROFILE

Divmac was founded in 1997 and, building on its area of expertise, it has been steadily acquiring expert know-how which, together with the implementation of new client-oriented management methodology, has given the company renewed impetus under closer and more efficient administration and management.

Broadly speaking, Divmac markets specialised industrial automation equipment and designs, plans, and builds control peripherals which, when incorporated into a manufacturing process, complement or replace labour, increase production, enhance product quality, and test the final product.

Divmac’s strategic goals are oriented towards dynamically growing its business by improving the quality of its services and of its electrical cable testing , process automation, and industrial peripheral  equipment manufacturing processes on an on-going basis, while remaining fully committed to reducing costs, preventing pollution, and safeguarding the quality of its working conditions in the belief that every staff member is fully responsible for the quality of the organisation as a whole, and that his or her contribution is a key factor in achieving continuous improvement.
In order to achieve those goals, the Company commits to:
· Meeting the requirements of clients and other interested parties at all times. while fully complying with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
· Minimising environmental impact arising as a result of its production activities, with particular focus on reducing production of waste and consumption of natural resources;
· Preventing the occurrence of environmental and occupational accidents, as well as eliminating all hazards that may threaten the safety and health of its employees;
· Setting out and publicising the Company’s overall goals at all levels, while involving and providing incentives to all staff on the introduction of new products and on improving its manufacturing activities and the services it provides;
· Improving its  Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management System on an on-going basis.
